Debt recovery platform, from amicable collection to judicial enforcement.

Context

Recovery is often run on scattered tools: reminder history is fragile, creditors have no visibility on their own files, and legal steps follow one another without safeguards. The goal was a single platform covering the full cycle, with strict per-role permissions and a defensible audit trail.

Outcome

A complete cycle — verification, amicable, promise to pay, pre-legal, judicial, enforcement — with controlled transitions: no pre-legal stage without the minimum documents, no enforcement without a court order. Ten distinct access profiles, a dedicated creditor portal, payment reconciliation, per-organisation reporting and a compliance register with an immutable audit log.

Recruitment and CV building on a single platform.

Context

Designed with a recruiter, from their own pain points: candidates scatter their CVs across channels in inconsistent formats, while recruiters lose track of incoming applications. Solving each side separately fixed nothing — both had to live in one place.

Outcome

Candidates build their CV inside the platform and apply with it; recruiters publish openings and track each application. Both sides see the same status, which removes the back-and-forth of chasing updates.

Context

Let sellers publish their catalogue and sell online, with order management that non-technical teams can use day to day.

A platform in production, with a seller area, a product catalogue and end-to-end order tracking.

Context

Contract signing still relies largely on paper and physical meetings. Mithaq moves that process online, built from the start within the Algerian regulatory framework rather than retrofitting a foreign solution.
