Auresdev is an Algerian software studio. We build products for clients looking for a reliable team, not one more vendor.
Where we come from
Auresdev grew out of projects we ran together over several years — platforms delivered, maintained, and used every day. We started the studio to do the same thing at a larger scale, with a structured team and written methods.
How we work together
Our teams are based in Algeria and work on each client’s time zone. Every project has a single point of contact at Auresdev who owns both the client relationship and the technical coordination. Sync points are daily, documentation ships with the code, and the client keeps full access to repositories and environments at all times.
Our teams
We recruit ourselves, with technical tests and interviews designed for each assignment rather than a generic filter — and clients can take part in the selection. Once selected, our consultants get up to speed on the client’s domain and tools before the start. They then work from our hubs, in equipped, access-controlled spaces: the reliability of a remote team starts with the physical conditions it works in.

A realistic deadline stated plainly beats an optimistic commitment that slips.
Ship rather than promise
A regular demo is worth more than a progress report.
Document
Delivered code comes with what is needed to pick it up without us.
Make clients autonomous
You should be able to change vendor without it being a punishment. That is our quality bar.
